Time for Hardin's Arrival!!

On Friday, January 21, 2011, I went into labor, so we went to the hospital to await the arrival of our precious baby! After 6 hours of labor, Michael Hardin Shirkey was born at 3:08 a.m. on January 22, 2011. J and I are so blessed to have this precious angel in our lives!

Mimi, Pops and Aunt Brenda were all on hand to share in the joy of Hardin's arrival!! He has had all of us wrapped around his finger ever since :)

We had to stay an extra night in the hospital because he was a little too jaundice. He had to stay under the bilirubin lamps, which he did not like much at all! Here are some pitiful pictures of the adventurous night :)
